This is a shoot at a shop that I love here in Des Moines – West End Salvage. I love the different colors and contrasts I can find there – tons of fun unique pieces as well. Rhiannon was so excited to do this photo shoot and that made me even more excited. She chose all her clothes to wear as well, which made it even more fun! Enjoy…

I love photographing our beautiful buildings downtown. Here is one of my favorites. I just submitted it for a contest – “The color of gold” by Profotio.com. Des Moines has some beautiful structures and architecture as well as COLOR! I love color and there are a lot of hidden gems downtown. 
Now all I need is to start putting it to use .

Taylor was my first senior shoot and it was the most fun I’ve had on a shoot so far…
She was great and natural and perfect for the photos. We had so much fun. I was excited because I was able to use some more creativity with theses photos.

Wow! It has been a while since I’ve updated this page! I have a couple of more photos here below. This is from a shoot with my friend Lara, her husband Chad, and their ADORABLE boy, Cole. We went to Center Grove Orchard for these… it was a great day out and we had a blast (it was a tad windy out there! haha). Enjoy!
